The Insurance Control Commission (ICC) issued circular 3517/ICC/2018 which requires insurance companies and TPA’s to publish, on a spot clearly visible to the public, a poster relating information about ICC Care.

ICC Care is a telephone and email service managed by the ICC that helps insured persons in understanding their policies and rights, in addition to resolving possible conflicts with insurance companies. The posting would need to be done in all insurance and TPA offices located inside or near the premises of healthcare service providers.
