Quarterly Regulatory Forms

  • The auditor’s report on regulatory forms must have the live signature of the designated external auditor (in case of electronic signature, a letter from the auditor is required prior to submitting the subject report, as per ICC circular reference number 105/ICC)

  • The cover letter in the regulatory forms must be signed by the general manager or CEO and stamped by the company’s seal

  • The F1 and F2 forms must be signed by the general manager or CEO and stamped by the company’s seal

  • All forms must be stamped by the company’s seal

  • All forms must be originals and not copies

  • The latest version of the regulatory forms template must be adopted

Semi Annual Regulatory Forms

Submission deadline: Before June 30
